Serves as President of the Board of Directors.
Chairs the meeting of Board of Directors of the IITR Foundation.
As President, chairs the Executive Committee consisting of President, Vice President/Secretery & Treasurer
Ensure compliance to Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws.
Provides visionary guidance to motivate others in conducting their roles and responsibilities.
Executes the mission of the foundation.
Holds at least four quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors.
Provides directions and the instructions during and in-between the Board meetings.
Approves and signs off on specific actions in accordance with the established guidelines prior to action being implemented.
